glad you’re here
Erica (Dietsche) Palmer, LPC
I have always been fascinated by people—their stories, emotions, and the intricate ways they navigate life. Coming from a diverse family, I developed an early appreciation for individuality and the many layers that shape who we are. My first career as a newspaper features reporter allowed me to connect with people through storytelling, but I found myself drawn not just to their words, but to the emotions behind them. This curiosity led me to pursue psychotherapy, where for about 10 years I have been helping clients explore their own inner worlds and cultivate meaningful change.
PSYCHOTHERAPIST

My Approach to Therapy
I practice from an analytical and humanistic perspective, helping clients understand conscious and unconscious patterns, develop self-awareness, and embrace personal growth. I believe that healing comes through deeper insight, self-compassion, and meaningful connections with others. By exploring past experiences and relational dynamics, clients can begin to untangle the patterns that may be holding them back.
My approach is highly collaborative and individualized, honoring each person's unique journey. I work to foster a space where clients feel safe and supported, allowing them to examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity rather than judgment. Through our work together, I aim to help clients develop a greater sense of agency, emotional resilience, and clarity in navigating life's challenges.
